BAHA Procedure
- Marking
- Measuring the skin flap thickness with needle
- Drilling
- Titanium screw is inserted with the inserter drill using the torque of 30 to 50 Nm depending upon the softness of the bone
- Magnet is placed and then tightened with the micro-screw driver and it is hen tightened with the torque wrench
- Skin flap thickness is measured and if required flap is thinned down
- Incision is than closed in layers and sterile bandage is applied.
